Debbie Shields has completed a vast array of licenses, certificates and designations in real estate which crowns her as accomplished in the real estate sphere. Debbie has completed her Brokers license and is the Designated Broker and CEO for Shields Regal Realty. Debbie also has completed her Sales Agents License, Certified Residential Specialists, Graduate Realtors Institute, Resort and Second Property Specialists, and holds the REALTOR designation. She is an active member of both the Yuma and the Scottsdale Board of Realtors. Debbie Shields is an approved instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate and teaches and trains real estate agents and brokers in Arizona. Debbie is a graduate of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors' Leadership Class XIII and is honored to have been re-elected to the 2009-2012 Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Area Assocation of Realtors. Debbie Shields is the founding member of the Scottsdale's Realtor Pet Rescue in 2009 and Simba Shields is the Rescue's mascot helping to locate displaced pets due to short sales and foreclosures in our current marketplace. Her mission is to will work personally with the community and the membership to help grow a more solid bond between the community and the real estate industry.
