Debbie Shields has completed a vast array of licenses, certificates, and designations in real estate, which crowns her as accomplished in the real estate sphere. Debbie has completed her Brokers license and is the designated broker and CEO for Shields Regal Realty. She has also completed her Sales Agents License, Certified Residential Specialists, Graduate Realtors Institute, Resort, and Second Property Specialists, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and holds the REALTOR® designation. Debbie understands the connection between helping service all buyers and sellers and giving back to the communities that surround their interests. Debbie volunteers with the City of Scottsdale Adopt a Road Program and Clean up and Beautification of Scottsdale. She was elected to the Scottsdale Board of REALTORS® and has been a director from 2009-2017. Debbie was the 2014 vice president-elect for the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, vice president in 2015, and the president in 2016. Debbie Shields is an approved instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate and teaches and trains real estate agents and brokers in Arizona. Debbie is a graduate of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® Leadership Class XIII and is honored to have been reelected to the 2009-2017 Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors. Debbie Shields was the president of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors in 2016 and traveled to the National Association of Realtors representing Scottsdale. Since 2015, Debbie has served on the National Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Committee. Debbie Shields is the founding member of Scottsdale’s Realtor Pet Rescue in 2009 helping to locate displaced pets. Currently, Debbie has been accepted as a candidate for Designated Real Estate Instructor for 2018 and was nominated by the Arizona Real Estate Commissioner, Judy Lowe to serve on the Educational Advisory Committee from 2016 through 2020. Serving and giving back to the real estate industry and the public is a passion that Debbie has always possessed. Debbie accepted the appointment as the 2020 Chair of the National Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Forum. On May 6, 2020, Debbie ran the entire Forum Committee from her office in Scottsdale due to Covid-19 and the stay-at-home order. Debbie is also a 2020 Director for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors®. Her mission is to work personally with clients and customers, the community, and all the real estate members, teaching real estate classes and helping grow a stronger bond through ethics and education.
